Job Description
Northern Light Health Foundation is hiring a senior major gift officer to support philanthropic efforts for Northern Light Acadia Hospital and Eastern Maine Medical Center.
This senior-level role focuses on building strong donor relationships and securing major, principal, and planned gifts that advance healthcare across our communities. The senior major gift officer manages a focused donor portfolio and plays a key role in meeting annual fundraising goals
The position is hybrid/remote within Maine, with onsite work at Acadia Hospital and EMMC, and offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with hospital leadership, clinicians, and Foundation colleagues.
Ideal candidates bring proven fundraising success, excellent writing and relationship-building skills, and experience in nonprofit or healthcare philanthropy.
