Northern Light Acadia Hospital is hiring behavioral health home coordinators across Maine — including Bangor, Belfast, Bucksport, Ellsworth, Portland, and Rockland.
In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with individuals and families to coordinate care, connect resources, and support progress in the community.
What you’ll need:
• Bachelor’s degree
• MHRT certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with access to an insured vehicle
