BASS is recruiting a Physical Therapist for a Direct Hire with our client, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, a locally owned physical therapy clinic. Our client offers top-notch wellness options for patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, post-concussion, and pelvic floor disorders, while maintaining a personal approach and welcoming environment. You'll also receive continuing education and training, to ensure you're offering patients the latest advances in care and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reports.
  • Educate patients on their treatment plans, including home exercises, to improve compliance.
  • Supervise and delegate care activities to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians.
  • Collaborate with physicians to discuss patient progress and treatment adjustments.
  • Perform physical therapy treatments such as manual exercises, massage, and traction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends through continuing education.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate level degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience working as a Physical Therapist preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in clinical documentation, database management, and office software.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
