BASS is recruiting a Physical Therapist for a Direct Hire with our client, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, a locally owned physical therapy clinic. Our client offers top-notch wellness options for patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, post-concussion, and pelvic floor disorders, while maintaining a personal approach and welcoming environment. You'll also receive continuing education and training, to ensure you're offering patients the latest advances in care and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reports.
- Educate patients on their treatment plans, including home exercises, to improve compliance.
- Supervise and delegate care activities to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians.
- Collaborate with physicians to discuss patient progress and treatment adjustments.
- Perform physical therapy treatments such as manual exercises, massage, and traction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate level degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience working as a Physical Therapist preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, database management, and office software.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
