Job Description
Bangor - Put your painting and building maintenance experience to work for this Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Painting/Property Maintenance in this contract to permanent hire opportunity. Health benefits with paid time off when you go perm.
Primary tasks:
-Painting and patching walls
-Basic carpentry/plumbing experience (fix door, cabinet, replace trim, replace faucet, etc.).
-Hauling debris/trash, grounds keeping to include snow shoveling walks, and prepare apartments, etc. for new tenants.
Candidates should have some property maintenance and painting experience, reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement), and basic tools (hammer, measuring tape, screw driver, etc.).
-Must meet background requirements, have valid Driver's License with vehicle, meet physical requirements of such a position, lifting up to 60 lbs, bend, reach, stand, crouch, and grasp.
