PART TIME FRONT OFFICE CLERK AD AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Administration Reports to: Town Manager Supervises: N/A
Position Grade: 11 FLSA Status: Hourly


The part-time position of Front Office Clerk is a 20 hour a week position. Hours are from 7:30
a.m. until 12:30 p.m. It includes administrative and clerical support responsibilities to the Town Manager, Treasurer, Tax Collector, Town Clerk and Accounting/Finance/Human Resource Officer, under the direction of the Town Manager. The position has primary responsibility for customer service in person, and by email and phone, and is responsible for handling a range of customer transactions. Most transactions are processed using Trio software.
