The Journey of an Evolving Leader program is designed to assist emerging leaders on their journey. The program walks participants through 4 elements of leadership: Personal, Interpersonal, Managerial, and Organizational (PIMO).

- Consist of five, 3-hour sessions (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
- Include a professional development plan and team project to be completed by all participants.
- Use book discussion, self-assessments, group discussion, individual and team assignments, and optional one-on-one coaching to achieve learning.
