Event Description:

The Journey of an Evolving Leader program is designed to assist emerging leaders on their journey. The program walks participants through 4 elements of leadership: Personal, Interpersonal, Managerial, and Organizational (PIMO).

The first series focuses on discovery and will:

Consist of five, 3-hour sessions (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
Include a professional development plan to be completed by all participants.
Use self-assessments, group discussion, individual assignments, and optional one-on-one coaching to achieve learning.

The program will take a four-week break giving participants the opportunity to practice what they have learned and work on their professional development plan. During the break participants will be asked to read The Secret by Ken Blanchard and Mark Miller. Mid-way through the four-week break, a 1-hour Zoom meeting will be scheduled with all participants to check in and prepare for series two.
