Event Description:
 A 75-minute somatic movement class to reconnect, release, and restore. This weekly class blends breath, intuitive dance, mindful movement, and restorative yoga to support nervous system regulation, embodied resilience, and self-trust.
We begin by grounding—awakening sensation through breath and gentle stretch. As the energy builds, you’ll be guided into rhythmic movement and simple dance sequences set to curated music that helps you shake off tension, shift your state, and reclaim your rhythm. No dance experience needed—just bring your body and your willingness to move.
The second half of class invites you into deep stillness. Through supported stretching, restorative shapes, and extended savasana, you’ll land in a space where your body can process, integrate, and rest.
Release the stress. Reclaim your rhythm. Return to your center.
Come as you are. Move as you need. Let your body remember what it means to feel safe, whole, and free.
