Little Yogi and Me Family Yoga Workshop

Join trusted yoga instructor Abi Pooler for a fun, developmentally appropriate yoga class designed just for kids. Each class includes stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation exercises, music, games, crafts, and imaginative play.
Beyond movement, children will also build emotional awareness, coping skills, confidence, and social connection in a supportive environment.
This is not your typical adult yoga class—because kids are not adults. While children will learn all the foundational elements of yoga, classes are designed in a way that keeps them engaged through singing, dancing, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, and storytelling. Little ones often need opportunities to move, explore, and transition between activities more quickly, and this class helps them channel that energy in a healthy and balanced way. Designed with children ages 3-8 in mind.
