Evolve is a monthly gathering designed to explore self-exploration and self-expression through movement and music. These sessions blend gentle yoga, guided free movement, and reflection in a warm and welcoming environment. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to movement, there’s no right or wrong way—just an open invitation to show up, be present, and connect with yourself and others.
While every session is unique, we will always:
-Ground and center
-Connect with ourselves and others
-Release what no longer serves us
-Regulate our nervous system(s)
-Tap into our inherent ability to heal ourselves
-Breathe and move authentically
-Enjoy tea and a sweet treat
