In the professional sphere, our members work as therapists, nurses, teachers, social workers, coaches, bodyworkers, healers, and creatives. We are also parents and caregivers to family members, balancing the care of others with our own personal healing and self-care. Join us at for a heart-centered gathering to nurture your spirit. Together, we will explore the power of guided meditation and embodied movement to ground ourselves, connect, and align.
