After 11 1/2 remarkable years of service, we are both excited and saddened to announce the retirement of Nettie Kilby from Bangor Area Staffing Solutions.  Nettie joined us in 2011, and played a crucial role in opening our office that year.  Under Nettie’s leadership, the BASS office grew into a successful branch, and the impact she has made both on our company and those individuals whom she placed in various jobs cannot be overstated.

Throughout her career, Nettie exemplified not only dedication and professionalism but also an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing. Guided by her strong faith, her empathy and care for our applicants and clients set her apart, as she always went above and beyond to ensure they felt supported and understood. Her approach to every situation, driven by fairness and compassion, has left a lasting imprint on all of us.
