Gather Financial Planning, with locations in Bangor and Falmouth, has joined the EP Wealth Advisors team. EP Wealth announced the news this morning, expanding its presence in Maine, having previously acquired offices in Augusta and Brunswick.

Co-founded by Michael Goldman and Abby Morton, Gather Financial emphasizes a collaborative approach to aligning clients' financial and life goals with personalized plans. Through the acquisition, Morton has been named Vice President, working out of EP’s Bangor office, while Goldman, who is also a financial advisor, will be working out of the Falmouth office. Four additional financial professionals from the Gather team are part of the move to EP Wealth.

Combined with another announced partnership in Northern Texas, the new offices will add over $240 million in assets under management.
