MaineDelivery Expands Wayfair Partnership, Opens New Auburn Terminal

AUBURN, ME: MaineDelivery, a Maine-based provider of final mile and home delivery services, has expanded its longstanding partnership with Wayfair, resulting in significant growth for the company, the opening of a new MaineDelivery terminal in Auburn and an expanded service area reaching beyond Maine for the first time.
Wayfair was MaineDelivery’s original final mile partner when the business began approximately eight years ago. Since then, MaineDelivery has worked to expand its coverage throughout the state while building a strong track record of reliable service and positive customer experiences. This new expansion represents the largest growth of the partnership to date.
To support the increased volume and expanded service area, MaineDelivery has established a new terminal at Lynch Group’s existing Auburn facility. The Auburn operation gives MaineDelivery a stronger presence in Central and Southern Maine while working alongside its existing Bangor operation to efficiently serve customers across the state.
“This is a major milestone for MaineDelivery and something our team has been working toward for several years,” said Amanda Pearson, Vice President of MaineDelivery. “Wayfair was there when we started this business, and the growth of this partnership says a lot about the work our team has put in. The expansion builds on years of growth for MaineDelivery and its focus on providing reliable delivery of large and bulky products. The company provides a range of final mile services including home and commercial delivery, room-of-choice and white-glove service, product assembly, delivery tracking, product inspection and reverse logistics.
