Maine Discovery Museum's Science Success Stories Event Series Continues

[Bangor, ME, October 2, 2024] - Maine Discovery Museum is pleased to announce the next Science Success Story event: "I Paid for What?  The Real Value of Public Funding for R&D in Maine." Join us on October 9th at 6pm at the Bangor Public Library to hear from organizations that have received these funds in the past (including representatives from MDI Biological Laboratory, The Jackson Laboratory, and the Downeast Institute) and how the funds advanced their work.

 
Kate Dickerson, Executive Director of MDM noted, "Science Success Stories gives us a chance to step back and learn from past successes - something we may not do often enough. We're looking forward to sharing these R&D Success Stories."
