The ALICE Summit will bring stakeholders together to address the needs of the ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) population. In our region, 46% of families fall below the ALICE threshold, meaning they struggle to afford their household basics and are likely one emergency away from financial crisis.
