We’re proud to share that our team received two safety awards from the Maine State Group Trust: the prestigious Richard J. Haines Memorial Award for Safety Excellence and a second award recognizing zero lost time claims during the 2024 fund year.
These honors reflect our strong safety culture, built under the leadership of Jess Smith, our Director of Health & Safety, and supported by the ongoing commitment of our entire team.

Earlier this year we gathered for our annual company meetings. We reflected on our progress and looked ahead to the future. These events allow us to engage in both technical and companywide discussions, so that we can continue to learn and grow to better serve you.
Beyond the learning, these gatherings are also about strengthening relationships, sharing ideas, and of course, having some fun!

Congratulations to our new director and shareholder
We are pleased to announce that Derek Mello has been elected to our Board of Directors and Brandon Chaput has been selected to become a shareholder.
Derek joined S.W.COLE as a Construction Services Manager in 2017 when we acquired Tibbetts Engineering Corporation in Taunton, Massachusetts. He leads our team in Easton, Massachusetts as Construction Services Manager and Office Manager.
Brandon joined S.W.COLE as a Construction Services Technician in 2009 and serves as our Construction Services Manager in Sidney, Maine.
Derek and Brandon have proven themselves to be valuable leaders, and we look forward to seeing them continue to contribute to our team's success.
