I’m the Founder and CEO of Trailblazing Culture.
I spent 20 years as a U.S. Army All-Source Intelligence Analyst, including 10 years in senior leadership—leading teams, solving complex problems, and driving results in high-pressure environments.
I’m a certified Trailblazer (Culture Index) and ENTJ-A (MBTI), built for strategy, execution, and impact. I hold a Bachelor's in Business Leadership and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
I also coach transitioning Veterans through FourBlock. As a mom of three, I lead with faith, stay grounded in family, and understand firsthand that work-life balance isn’t a luxury—it’s essential.
