Make-A-Wish® Maine creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses, providing joy, hope, and a meaningful break from hospitals and treatment for families across all 16 counties of Maine. Since 1992, the chapter has granted more than 2,000 wishes and now fulfills one every four days, with over 100 local children currently waiting. Bangor area businesses and individuals can help by becoming corporate partners, hosting cause-marketing events, employee giving initiatives, volunteering, participating in events and so much more—each opportunity directly fueling our ability to bring strength, hope, and healing to Maine kids when they need it most.
