We are the Public Library for Bangor, Maine, in the United States. Membership to the Library is FREE for all Maine residents. We offer books, downloadable e-books and audiobooks, downloadable magazines. We have meeting spaces available for rent as well as a business center available for daily use at an affordable rate. We have free programs for adults, teens and children including music, author talks and so much more. We also have a number of free databases and learning software you can use for researching client prospects, or finding your ancestors.

There is free street parking available for 1hr & 2 hour increments, as well as a parking lot across the street. Parking in the lot is paid from 7am - 5pm, and free after 5pm.
