Bangor - BASS is seeking an IT Technician for our local client. You will be working on-site at customers' locations assisting with technical support for both hardware and software issues. Great schedule! Monday thru Friday, no weekends or on-call. 9am-5pm during training, changing to 8am-5pm (or 7am-4pm) once trained. Pay is $20-25/hr, depending on experience.

Some typical duties:
-Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems (for both Windows and Mac), as well as server and network problems.
-Assist with installations, upgrades, system backups, and virus removal.
-Provide regular customer support for other issues as needed.

Requirements
-Previous IT Tech experience; experience with networking preferred.
-Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, or other equivalent disciplines preferred yet not required.
-Good customer service skills to interact with clients in an in-person environment.
-A passion for technology and helping others.
-Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle required
-Must meet background check requirements
