Responsibilities:

The hospital offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, tele-psychiatry, consultations, school-based and employer-based services, and integration into primary and specialty care practices.

Responsibilities:
- Monitors patients' physical and emotional well-being and reports changes in behavior or physical ailments to professional staff.
- Responds to patient needs taking into consideration developmental stage and psychiatric symptoms.
- Takes a mindful and thoughtful approach to all patient interactions, maintains appropriate boundaries.
- Functions within the patient care team focusing on successful treatment and stabilization
- Maintains a safe environment complying with Northern Light Health policies and procedures; reports and directly addresses environmental hazards and violations of patient safety policy and/or protocol when involved or observed.
- May perform other duties upon request.
- Word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, database experience and other computer related skills.
- Required High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED)
- Potential exposure to abusive and/or aggressive people.
- Work with computers, typing, reading, or writing.
- Extend body and limbs to reach items.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Prolonged periods of walking.
- Lifting, moving, and loading less than 20 pounds.
