BASS is recruiting a Physical Therapist for a Direct Hire with our client, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, a locally owned physical therapy clinic. Our client offers top-notch wellness options for patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, post-concussion, and pelvic floor disorders, while maintaining a personal approach and welcoming environment. You'll also receive continuing education and training, to ensure you're offering patients the latest advances in care and best practices.
For this role, we are seeking candidates who have experience and/or an interest in specializing in Pelvic Health.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
-Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reports.
-Educate patients on their treatment plans, including home exercises, to improve compliance.
-Supervise and delegate care activities to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians.
-Collaborate with physicians to discuss patient progress and treatment adjustments.
-Perform physical therapy treatments such as manual exercises, massage, and traction.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends through continuing education.

Requirements
-Master's or Doctorate level degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
-Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
-Experience working as a Physical Therapist; experience with Pelvic Health preferred.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Proficiency in clinical documentation, database management, and office software.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $94,000.00 per year
-Master's or Doctorate level degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
-Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
