Maine Savings Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for the position of Senior Vice President, Member Experience. In conjunction with the Chief Experience Officer, the SVP Member Experience will provide leadership to the branch network and member service center regarding sales and service delivery, lending support, team performance reviews, salary and wage recommendations, coaching for performance improvement and professional development, operations and procedures.
