Full time position open for an Automotive Technician/Shop Manager, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with experience. Must have own hand and pneumatic tools, and have current state inspection license. Responsibilities include performing efficient daily automotive work, scheduling appointments, preparing customer work invoices, overseeing daily operations of facility and service schedules of various equipment, maintain a clean and safe environment, perform hiring and firing of staff, if requested. Applicants must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently. Must have basic computer and internet skills and strong time management skills. Will have minimum of six-months of training with current shop manager. Familiarity with flat rate is a plus. A monthly labor bonus incentive program is offered, paid holidays and paid time off.
