Job Description
The office coordinator position is a part-time employee who will provide critical support for Forest Society of Maine’s general office operations with a focus on assisting the executive team, including the president & CEO.  The office coordinator supports all staff through a variety of critical responsibilities which creates a smooth working environment for everyone.  A vital component of the coordinator position is to serve as the liaison to the board of directors related to board meetings, special events, and information sharing.  The position is an in-office position. To apply: send a cover letter, resume and at least three references to info@fsmaine.org with the subject line “FSM Office Coordinator Position” no later than September 22, 2025.
