Job Description
CHCS is looking for a full-time Accounting Specialist in Bangor working Monday-Friday in the office. The Payroll and Cash Receipts Accounting Specialist works to ensure the accurate and timely process of payroll, cash receipts and miscellaneous accounts received for CHCS. Overview of responsibilities include biweekly payroll processing, daily cash receipts, and maintenance of miscellaneous accounts receivables. Must have 3-5 years of general accounting experience, working with payroll, cash receipts and accounts receivable. Secondary education in accounting or related field preferred. Experience with ADP or similar payroll software; FinanceEdge NXT or similar financial management software; experience with Windows 365 programs, (Excel, Work, Outlook).
