Brief overview of duties to include, but not limited to:

Ø Administer paper and computerized tests to patients ranging in age from 4 years and older.

Ø Score tests using norms and computerized scoring programs.

Ø Clear and concise documentation of other patient behaviors during testing.

Education/Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in human service or health related field.

· Experience with individualized tests, or assessment of human abilities desirable.

Other skills required:

· Ability to seek and accept supervision.

· Conscientious and careful.

· Demonstrates proficiency in written and spoken English.

· Effective communication with peers and public.

· Efficient time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to supervise supportive personnel.

Physical requirements: Seventy-five percent of day is spent sitting at desk. Twenty percent is spent walking short distances. Five percent is spent walking longer distances. Minimal amount of lifting, not more than 10lbs of office supplies 2 times a week.

Working environment: Office environment, well-heated and well-ventilated. Ergonomically correct work station.
